Guided by the mantra “Dog is Art,” Elena creates commissioned dog photography that portrays each dog in all their elegant, ridiculous glory, celebrating the hilarious duality that makes dogs truly unforgettable and unique.

Each dog photography session is fully tailored, and just a little cheeky. I’m Elena, the human behind Pawtiqe. I am all about mindfulness, minimalism, anything Japanese, architecture & interior design, animal welfare and art. Oh, and sighthounds.

I feel like I’m a bit like the dogs I photograph: a mix of quiet introversion and quirks, with a subtle dose of Italian exuberance that I try (sometimes unsuccessfully) to keep in check in London.

I don’t have a dog. I, instead, share my life in London with two gloriously weird cats.

Pawtiqe is where my love for London, art, dogs, and everything monochrome come together. It’s a space where London’s elegance meets the absurdity of dogs. It’s quiet, thoughtful, and just ironic enough.

We had the most wonderful experience with Elena. From the initial call to the delivery of the stunning images it was easy to see that she wanted to ensure we got the photos we wanted. On the shoot day Elena was incredibly patient with both of us explaining clearly what the plan was and never rushing us, she took time to let Mia come to her and get comfortable. And the images are too beautiful for words, the hardest thing about the whole experience was picking only a few - I wanted them all!

Thought Elena was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Have a rescue dog who can be very nervous but Elena really took her time to allow our Póigín to relax. In the end, we got amazing results which we were delighted with. Would definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for that extra special photograph of their fur baby!
