DOG IS ART.

Award-Winning london Dog Photographer

Celebrating the subtle art of being dog.

keep it simple dog .

A tongue-in-cheek celebration of the subtle art of being dog in London, Pawtiqe’s Fine Art black and white photography captures each dog in their majestic, ridiculous, and elegant glory against London’s urban backdrops, ready to transform your space.

All you have to do is admit that your dog is a work of art.

our dog portraits in london

london's majestic elegance, with a wink.

Guided by the mantra “Dog is Art,” Elena creates commissioned dog photography that portrays each dog in all their elegant, ridiculous glory, celebrating the hilarious duality that makes dogs truly unforgettable and unique.

Each dog photography session is fully tailored, and just a little cheeky. It turns your dog into a living masterpiece set against the architectural elegance of London. It’s the kind of timeless portraits that wouldn’t look out of place in a gallery, except the subject might be mid-sneeze, scratching their chin or staring at a pigeon just out of frame.

Because dogs are undoubtedly graceful and magnificent, but they’re also goofy, unpredictable and often ridiculous. And a portrait should capture both sides and everything in between, from nose to tail. While still keeping it frame-worthy.

understated luxury with a wink

Dog portraiture doesn’t have to be corny and colourful to be playful, nor stiff or pretentious to be meaningful.

Pawtiqe’s dog portraits aim to become a declarations of your dog’s undeniable magnificence. Thoughtfully captured and crafted with your home’s decor in mind, they celebrate each dog by turning them into the refined (and witty, if that’s your dog’s vibe) focal point of the room.

Handmade to order with archival-grade materials, each piece is made to last. Even to outlast your dog’s latest obsession with squeaky toys, hot dogs, and possibly the postman.

I’m here to help you create wall art that’s as quirky as it is elegant, guiding you through the entire process with just the right touch of cheek.

about me, the human

dog photographer without a dog

I’m Elena, the human behind Pawtiqe. I am all about mindfulness, minimalism, anything Japanese, architecture & interior design, animal welfare and art. Oh, and sighthounds. I’m obsessed with sighthounds.

I feel like I’m a bit like the dogs I photograph: a mix of introversion and irony, with a subtle dose of Italian exuberance that I try (sometimes unsuccessfully) to keep in check in London.

This is going to sound weird, but I don’t have a dog. Instead, I’m a cat mum to two girls, Keira and Macha. They love to interrupt my video calls, so any photography session includes a virtual meet-and-greet with them too. Just saying.

Pawtiqe is where my love for London, art, dogs, and everything monochrome come together. It’s a space where London’s majesty meets the energy and quirkiness of dogs. It’s quiet, thoughtful, and just ironic enough.
