PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION AGREEMENT & TERMS
By booking a photography session with Pawtiqe Dog Photography, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Payment
Upon successful payment, Pawtiqe will reserve the agreed session date and time.
Session fees must be paid before the session date.
All session fees and deposits are non-refundable, even if the session is rescheduled or canceled for any reason other than inclement weather.
2. Session Details & Client Responsibilities
The session will take place at a pre-agreed location. Pawtiqe will wait a maximum of 20 minutes past the scheduled start time. If the client does not arrive, the session will be considered a cancellation without notice, and the full deposit will be retained.
Dogs must remain on a lead unless in a safe, enclosed area. Leads can be removed in post-production where possible.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellations
Clients must provide at least 72 hours’ written notice for cancellations or reschedules.
If the Photographer determines that inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances prevent the creation of portraits meeting Pawtiqe’s artistic standards, an alternative location may be used, or the session may be rescheduled.
If Pawtiqe is unable to perform the session due to fire, illness, emergency, or any event beyond its control, the deposit will be refunded, but Pawtiqe shall have no further liability.
4. Image Copyright, Usage & Sales
Pawtiqe retains full copyright ownership of all images.
Clients receive a personal-use license for purchased images. Images may not be used for commercial purposes, resale, or competitions without prior written consent.
Pawtiqe reserves the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, exhibitions, books, fine art prints, and other commercial sales.
Images from the session may be sold as fine art prints, books, or other formats. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree that your dog’s images may be available for public purchase.
Any social media-sized files provided are for personal use and should not be altered or used commercially.
5. Deliverables & Print Products
No images, including digital files, will be delivered until the order balance is paid in full.
Purchased digital images are provided in high resolution for personal printing.
Prints, albums, and wall art are available separately and are produced to the highest professional standards.
If your session is part of a book or special project, you acknowledge that final layouts, book pricing, and included images may vary.
6. Liability & Limitations
Pawtiqe is not responsible for lost, damaged, or corrupted files due to unforeseen circumstances, including media malfunctions.
If an issue prevents Pawtiqe from delivering images, liability is limited to a refund of session fees.
Clients are responsible for protecting their printed and digital products after delivery. Pawtiqe is not liable for damages post-delivery.
7. Price Adjustments & Future Orders
Pricing is subject to change. Future orders will be charged based on the pricing in effect at the time of order.
8. Copyright Notice & Legal Compliance
It is illegal to copy, scan, reproduce, or edit Pawtiqe’s images without a written Print Release. Unauthorised reproduction will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
By booking, the client confirms they have the authority to allow all persons (and animals) in the session to be photographed and indemnifies Pawtiqe from any related claims.
9. Agreement
By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, including the sale and public availability of images featuring your dog.
